About me

I'm 18 — and I'm building something real.

My story isn't about supplements. It's about people, mornings, and proving that showing up changes everything.

My story

I grew up around nutrition — and around sport. Helping people feel better in their own bodies was never a business idea for me; it was simply what always happened around our family table.

A professional athlete at 18, I decided early that I didn't only want to inherit my family's knowledge — I wanted to build my own chapter of it. So instead of waiting, I stepped up to run a club of my own: my standards, my mornings, my community.

Credentials

  • Health & Nutrition Coach — and a professional athlete who lives the discipline
  • Independent entrepreneur — I built this club myself, from the ground up
  • Carrying forward 35+ years of combined family experience in nutrition

A family that knows this work

More than 35 years of combined family experience sit behind this club — decades of helping people change how they feel. I'm not starting from zero; I'm standing on proven expertise and building something that's independently my own.

Why I started the club

Because results don't come from a product on a shelf — they come from showing up, being seen, and having someone in your corner. I wanted to build the place I'd want to walk into every morning: warm, honest, and genuinely on your side.

The Herbalife connection, plainly

I'm an Independent Herbalife Distributor, which simply means the balanced-breakfast products I use at the club — the tea, the aloe and the Formula 1 shake — come from a brand that's been trusted for decades. The coaching, the community and the club itself are entirely my own.

The team

I'll introduce the rest of the team here soon.
