A wellness test, a measurement, and a proper listen. Most of this work is that one thing, done well, over and over again.
You follow up
Nobody changes their life in one conversation. You check in, you adjust the plan, you stay in touch. This is the part almost everyone underestimates.
You run your own week
Nobody sets your hours. That's the freedom and the difficulty in the same sentence, and it's why some people thrive here and others quietly drift.
Eventually, you teach
Once you've done it yourself, you can show someone else. That's how it grows, but only after you've earned the right to teach it.

More than 21 countries so far. The consultations, the follow-ups, the training: all of it runs on a video call, and has done for years. I'm not going to claim a big team in each of those countries. What I can tell you is that the distance isn't the thing standing in your way.
Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian and English. That's what I can properly coach and train in. If your people speak something else, you'll be the one opening that door, and I'll show you how the system travels with you.

You can't offer people something you haven't lived. You run the programme on your own body before you offer it to anyone else. That isn't negotiable, and it's the thing that makes you believable later.

Your city, your hours, your first conversations. I stay on the other end of the phone while you find your feet. That's what sponsoring someone is supposed to mean.
Where the income comes from.
I'm not going to show you figures. I'm not allowed to, and honestly, anyone who does should worry you. What I can show you is the structure, which is the part that actually matters.
The people you look after
You earn on what your clients order. Look after more people well and that grows. Look after them badly and it doesn't. It really is that direct.
The people you develop
When you bring someone in and genuinely train them, you earn from their work too. That only pays if you're actually a good teacher. There's nothing automatic about it.
What anyone earns depends entirely on their own work, their market and the hours they put in. There are no guaranteed results, no typical figure I could quote you, and nothing here is passive income.

You won't be number 400 in someone's organisation. You'll have my real number, and I pick it up.
Four languages, and a system that travels
Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian and English, plus years of doing this at a distance in more than 21 countries. If your clients speak Bulgarian and your paperwork is Romanian, I've already been through that. If your people are somewhere else entirely, I've worked that way too, and I can save you the guessing.
A system that already exists
You're not inventing the process. It's written down, it's been run thousands of times, and you get handed it instead of working it out alone.
An honest no
If I don't think this suits you, I'll say so. I'd rather lose a signup than watch someone spend a year finding out the hard way.
The questions you're actually thinking.
Is this an MLM?
It's direct selling with a team structure, so yes, in the sense you mean when you ask. I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. In practice: you buy products at a distributor price, you sell them, and you can also earn from a team you build and train. Nobody is paid for recruiting people, only on product that genuinely gets sold and used.
Do I have to leave my job?
No, and I'd advise you not to. Almost everyone starts this alongside something else and keeps it that way for a long time. Anyone pushing you to quit early isn't looking after you.
What does it cost to start?
There's a starter kit with a price set by the company, not by me. I'll tell you the exact figure on the call, before you commit to anything, and you'll know what comes after it too. There's no hidden second step.
Do I need to be a nutritionist?
No. You need to be trainable and you need to care about people. The product knowledge is taught, and none of us gives medical advice in any case. That's a doctor's job, not ours.
How long before this is worth anything?
Longer than you'd like. The people I've watched make it work treated the first months as learning rather than earning. If you need money this month, please don't start here. Get that sorted first.
What if I'm not in Bucharest or Varna?
Then you're like most of the people I work with. I work online with people in more than 21 countries, and the whole thing (the consultations, the follow-ups, your own training) runs perfectly well on a video call. Being in Bucharest or Varna just means you can also sit in the room with me. It isn't what decides whether this works for you.
