I'll keep this short and honest. When you use the booking form, here's exactly what happens to your details.
What happens to your details
When you fill in the booking form and tap send, your name and phone number are emailed straight to me so I can get back to you about your free Wellness Test. You can also send them yourself on WhatsApp using the button that appears. The website itself keeps no database and saves nothing in the background.
Where your details go
Your details are sent to me by email, delivered through a professional email service into my inbox, which is a Google (Gmail) account. Those companies are based in the United States, so your name and phone may be processed outside the EU under their own data-protection safeguards. The form itself runs in the EU (Frankfurt) and only ever handles your name, phone, and the time you wrote — no address, no tracking, no IP address stored. If you use the WhatsApp button instead, your message reaches me through WhatsApp (Meta, also in the US).
Why I need them
Only so I can reply and arrange your free Wellness Test. I don't add you to any mailing list, and I don't sell or share your details with anyone.
Your rights
I'm the person responsible for the details you send me. You can ask me at any time to show you what I have, correct it, or delete it — I'll delete the email and our conversation. Just message me and I'll do it.
